Yes — watches in our Engravable range can be engraved on the case-back — up to thirty characters, added on the product page. Engraving adds two to four business days to dispatch.

Most pieces use a hand-wound mechanical movement at 21,600 beats per hour, wound daily via the crown. Our Classique range uses Swiss quartz movements — noted on the product page. Every mechanical movement is checked by our Brisbane workshop before dispatch and covered by a twelve-month warranty.

A matching chain is available for every watch and is included free on orders over $100. Add our bamboo presentation box — complimentary with code BAMBOOBOX on orders over $80, and included automatically over $200 — and it arrives ready to hand over.

Orders are dispatched from Brisbane within one to two business days; engraved pieces add two to four business days for our engraver. Australian orders over $60 ship free by Express Post (one to two business days in transit); under $60, Parcel Post is $8.99 and takes three to seven business days. New Zealand orders ship for $14.99.

Twelve months on the mechanical or quartz movement from date of purchase. If a fault arises, contact our Brisbane workshop and we repair or replace the movement at no cost. Scratches to the case or crystal from daily wear are not defects.

Un-engraved pieces are returnable within 60 days of delivery for change-of-mind, provided the watch is unworn and in original condition with its packaging; return postage is at your cost. Engraved pieces cannot be returned — the case-back can only be struck once.
